In 2015, DEMAND were thrilled to be selected as Imagine’s charity of the year. We’re hugely grateful for all the support from Imagine, who were an invaluable force that helped our 35th Anniversary Gala run so successfully, encouraged Imagine’s staff to complete fundraising challenges throughout the year and even sponsored the creation of the very website you’re reading now.
We spoke to Mike Cole, Director of Imagine Estate Agents about his passion for helping the local community wherever possible.
“We love supporting local charities, but more particularly charities where we can get to see the end results. Too often, even with very worthwhile causes, the supporter doesn’t really feel they know where their contribution is going.
In this regard DEMAND are a perfect vehicle to get behind because they produce a finished, bespoke, visible product for the recipient of their efforts. Therefore, as a supporter I both know that we helped and exactly how we helped someone or some people have a better quality of life.
That is so much more rewarding and as such, in one guise or another, our association with DEMAND will last for many years to come.”
We want to say a huge thank you to both Mike and the team at Imagine for working so hard to make sure our first ever fundraising Gala was a huge success, and for enabling us to create a much needed new website, that we hope will help our charity grow for many years to come.
